The FEAR 118 is a 12 gauge, sem-automatic "firearm" with a birds head grip, three-inch chamber, 14.5? barrel with improved cylinder, four-round capacity for 12 gauge, and a front bead sight. This particular version is loosely based on the idea of a short-barreled shotgun. In it's factory configuration and as you see here it is in an approved ATF configuration.
