Assistant Store Manager
The primary objective of Assistant Store Manager is to maintain the Freedom Service Creed and customer satisfaction by developing sales volume across all products and services by managing sales people; assigning short and long-term objectives, maintaining floor merchandizing and displays; assisting customers with selections and purchases; developing and training the staff. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager will lead and audit back-end daily operational processes to ensure store continuity and compliance.
Part Time Bow Technician
The primary objective of a Bow Technician is to serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Sell products and services by obtaining, clarifying, recording, and forwarding orders. Maintain inventory by receiving and disbursing supplies and equipment. This technician would be located at our Mount Joy, PA store location.
The ideal candidate for this position loves to shoot or hunt with a bow! If you currently work on your own bow that's a plus. We do have experienced staff that will put you through a training program designed for bow technicians.

The primary objectives of the Customer Service position is to maintain customer satisfaction and serve customers by managing customer service levels throughout the store; assigning short- and long-term objectives; providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems; and completing sales transactions. Hours for this part-time position include days, evenings & weekends based on the coverage needs of the business.
